Notes and Restrictions: Our home is strictly for NONSMOKERS and we do not allow pets. This is not negotiable. To avoid confusion, this means if anyone in the party smokes/vapes (any substance), DO NOT reserve our home. Violation of pets/smoking will result in eviction with no refund and additional charges for deep cleaning of carpet and all upholstered furniture.
As a courtesy to our neighbors and to maintain the peace and quiet of the community, loud/unruly parties on the premises are not allowed.
Front and rear security cameras are on premise and record motion events only (not constant recording).
